Along the lines of Zach’s hotly debated post about investing, in Fred Wilson’s A VC blog, there was a post discussing online social/web financial services. The post mentioned Mint (which Zach and I both signed up for and have started playing around with), Wesabe, Geezeo, and Buxfer. Either way, it is an interesting idea. UPDATE: Covestor requires you to apply (which I did) and Cake doesn’t support my brokerage yet (optionsXpress). Is apparently being solved by Rick Rubin. If you’ve never heard of Rick Rubin, you’ve probably never listened to music. Anyway, I was trying to catch up on some of my feeds and came across this post from the blog Points I liked from the article: I think it all leads the way to Twitter, Pownce, and similar social networking sites.
